Original Message Tried to use karma points to renew my full upgrade for two days since it expired two days ago and it wouldn't let me. Check in this morning to find out I'm banned, spend the 100 karma points (which got deducted alright but no ban lift) then use the appeal process telling you who I am and get the canned response?.
