[quote:NeverSerious:MV8yMzM0Njc5XzM5ODQ0ODc4XzY4NjExOUU1] Actual panic attacks can happen without provocation. The pills that I take (Citalopram) usually prevent this, but it can get close at times. A true panic attack feels like you are having a heart attack. You have chest pain, short on breath, etc. On my worst attack I actually passed out 2 times and spent 2 days in the hospital. Shit my pants and the whole 9 yards. It's nothing to be messed with. True anxiety problems do require medication. [/quote]

I was in class today for first day of school and teacher told every student to introduce themselves.......my heart started racing like crazy and I don't know why. Crazy anxiety the whole time....was even about to run out of class before my turn lol. Been dealing with it my whole life and come to realize its a part of who I am. Anyone else here deal with it as well? And if so how do you guys cope with it during these type of situations?
