I am in the same boat.

Citalopram since @ 1 year now.

Cannot take stronger stuff, as software designer you need to stay switched on.

80 hour working week does not help either.

Was made Operations manager when it all started.

Was told to do more fitness.

With 56, I do a half marathon and have a six pack some younger guys would be proud off.

Only person to benefit from the Citalopram is my wife, it appears.

Citalopram is known to delay the climax in man by about 30 min. :shark:

Original Message I was in class today for first day of school and teacher told every student to introduce themselves.......my heart started racing like crazy and I don't know why. Crazy anxiety the whole time....was even about to run out of class before my turn lol. Been dealing with it my whole life and come to realize its a part of who I am. Anyone else here deal with it as well? And if so how do you guys cope with it during these type of situations?
