Original Message Wondering what you all think of this possibility: let's say I was president and let's say I really didn't like what we were about. Let's say my aim was to deconstruct and diminish the country--that my true agenda was to take the U.S. down. Let's also say that I sympathized with the MB. So, getting U.S. into Syria could plausibly give the Russians and possibly the Chinese grounds to attack the U.S. as they are allies of Assad.

Maybe the whole point of rushing us into a conflict with Syria is far more nefarious than merely empowering the MB. maybe it's to hand us over on a platter.

Just a speculation....what do you think?
