DEMAND ANSWERS.

After getting the message that AT & T is experiencing a high volume of calls (ha! Wonder why??), I'm forwarded to a bot asking why I'm calling.

None of the choices matched my question, so I said my phone blew up.

After going through the bot's message several times, I finally got a live person.

Speaking in broken English, the woman asked what my home telephone number is and after identifying myself, I asked a point blank question.

Me: "Are my telephone and computer being spied on by NSA?"

There was a pause.........

Then she said, "You've reached Texas. I'll have to transfer you to your state's representative."

I waited.

Another bot message comes on stating the office is closed.

I WILL call again tomorrow.
