Original Message I would assume that zone 3 is on alert because they are planning a FF for the 2 zone. So maybe they are planning on attacking New York and New Jersey and want to make sure that supplies are available for the outskirts of the attack. Unfortunately I'm one of those in New Jersey very close to the Oyster Creek nuclear generating station.
