Here's mine:

After weighing all the options, as the commander in chief, I have
decided to wait for the UN report on the chemical weapons before
taking action and will give the Assad regime 45 days to destroy
all chemical weapons and resign.

In other words, he'll attempt to sound like a strong leader and
push the decision off on the United Nations again.

But based upon his track record, I can't see him doing anything
other than vote "present" and push the "responsibility" on anyone else.
