This part of our report will start at the school. The shooting of Nancy Lanza will be covered later in the report.

So lets say the shooting at the school started around 9:20 because thats when the first witness reported hearing shots. (Gene) Whether crazy or not he did report hearing gunfire around that time.
It makes sense because the it takes time to assess a situation and then call it in to 911. The teacher who arrived late may have been the one who called 911. Does anyone remember her name?
