Yeah, I know what you mean completely. That's why it's important to focus on other things, because it's such a powerful force. Just a matter of controlling your mind BEFORE any sexual desire is activated. So in your situation, if a fully clothed woman turns you on, you look away and think about other stuff.

If you can't do that, it's not because you have high testosterone. It means you have no control of your mind. Cultivate your ability to shift focus.
