[quote:Anonymous Coward 46843639:MV8yMzYxNjcxXzQwMzc3OTY1XzI0RERDQTkz] I cut out red meats and lost 25 lbs within a couple months. Have tons of energy now, i feel great and i sleep like a baby since i cut the red meat out. Do i still want red meat? Yes, i don't think you go for 50 yrs being a meat eater and then not miss it. Tried going cold turkey b4 and stop all meats but would break down after a couple weeks. So this time i just dropped the red meat and now 8 months later i am ready to drop the chicken/turkey now. It takes plenty of discipline, of that there is no doubt. Meats are very dense and this is why you feel tired after you eat it, and it stays in the body longer and causes problems. But......when you are sick and tired of being sick and tired and want to feel great, then try it and see the difference for yourself. [/quote]

Very fatigued/exhausted for weeks now. Even a full night's sleep does not cause me to wake up feel refreshed and restored.
The things that used to raise my energy don't seem to work anymore. Not juicing. Not exercise. I'm taking Dr. Christopher's herbal supplements for liver, thyroid and adrenals. I don't eat junk food. I have bread maybe once a week.
The only electronics in my bedroom is an alarm clock which is on a table near my feet. No computers, TVs, radios, etc. are in the bedroom.
Friends say they are more tired than usual also. I'm just mentally and physically fatigued, even my eyes are bleary.
I don't know what to do. Anyone else?
