How do we link 'Arcadia' and the 'Shugborough riddle' to a swastika/meander-algorithm, to the number 137 and to an archaic MEME idea that is being passed forward through time/space by all esoteric literature.

This embedded code is like a baton being passed forward by information that can NOT be passed forward 'genetically' only mnemonically using memes, archetypes, symbols, etc.
