Original Message Apparently Americans have grown tired of wars in the Middle East and trust Russian president Vladimir Putin to lead on this issue much more than they do the POTUS himself, Barack Obama.

A poll by YouGov released this week asked respondents “Which leader was most effective during the Syrian chemical weapons crisis?”

Answer: Putin 49%. Obama: 25%. Other world leaders are not even close. The third place finisher is U.K.’s David Cameron at 6%.
