Healthcare is for the poisoned population, the 200 million.

They poison the population and then implement healthcare that is "needed" for the poisoning symptoms and conditions; at the expense of the poisoned population.

Disease, symptoms & conditions are caused by deliberate iron poisoning and copper deficiency in the 200 million.

October 2013 is the month/year when deaths increase exponentially; when the baby boomers begin to die off in mass.

Mass vaccinations with nano-particle parasites, particularly Measles parasite, began with the baby boomers.

Concurrent iron accumulation by poisoning provides the parasite with ample nutrient, and thus the parasite is thriving and replicating on schedule for the mass die-off that begins October 2013.
