My family thinks I'm nuts because now I have been filling and storing milk jugs with water. Maybe I've just been on GLP for too long . This turning off of the EBT card to me is a test. What if they turn off the supply of water to your home next ? How long would you all last ?
You are not crazy. I live alone and have stocked up around 200 bottles, plus canned food and a shit ton of ammo. I'm prepared to nail my doors shut and block off the back of my place that has no windows or doors. If I didn't need to sleep I can hold out quite a while. Sheer numbers is my worry. I have a good number of speed reloaders ready and extra guns, but only 2 hands. We will need an army if the shit that hits the fan is projectile diarrhea.
Do NOT reuse milk jugs to store drinking water in!! Please, the bacteria from the milk is in the plastic and you will get sick. Use it for sanitation only. Only use soda and juice bottles. Make sure to add one drop of regular bleach to 2-liter bottles of water. If you only have the new concentrated bleach, as long as it only is bleach and no other scents or splash proof, add one drop. Water will store for 1-2 years. If the water tastes flat and it will if it is over 1 year old, pour it back and forth between two containers to add oxygen back in and it will taste good again.
Thanks .
I have heard from several sources in Georgia. EBT cards aren't working. Is anyone else having trouble?
