YOU CAN FUND overseas BROKERAGE ACCOUNT, YOU CAN BUY GOLD AND SILVER or you can fund other european or international accounts...

then, they may allow you to withdraw money back to your US bank account

but at the least you got money out of the system

there are some online banks that accept funding via credit
card

since you may not be allowed to send money there, using credit card maybe a quick way to esscape money.

if you have savings. you should keep them at least in 3 totally different countries if you can . ( like 1 non-european, 1 european , 1 elsewhere)

research stable and pro investment jurisdictions first.

I heard Singapore is great.
