Original Message San Antonio Police Chief McManus has this to say about the upcoming (this Friday) "Come and take it San Antonio" rally.

"Any citizens wishing to set up a confrontation with the police by open carrying a rifle will be considered to be acting in a manner contrary to the public peace and good order."

This could get interesting as people exercising their Constitutional rights have now been threatened with arrest for doing so.
