They also said a common experience is the feeling of moving a great speed, hence the "flying on a witches broom" theory people used to believe. I also read on some YouTube comments that some people feel physical pain. Is this just an illusion or anticipation of pain, or would you still feel pain once you are completely awake and mobile?
the total body pain disappears on fully waking.its sheer torture until then.
Many people who experience sleep paralysis claim to see a dark presence standing over them, or sitting on their chest making it difficult to breath. This experience can be quite traumatic, particularly for those who are not aware what is actually happening.
During sleep paralysis your body is in a sleeping state or
"paralysed,"
but the mind remains active. Could this explain the majority of alien abduction cases/probes. The fear of being unable to move, and the dark presences surrounding the person would fit quite well to accounts of several
"abductees."
Have you experienced sleep paralysis yourself? Did you notice/sense any presence around you? Feel free to share!
