[quote:Britchick 48818768:MV8yMzk0MzAxXzQwOTk4OTgyXzk4RDE5QTk5] really thinking maybe we should wait and set off monday instead. i know how prone to flooding it can be here from recent times... does anyone know if the trains will even be running in a bad storm? [/quote]

supposed to set off tomorrow morning by train from penzance to barnstaple with my kids. then bus to woolacombe bay.
what do i do??
i dont want to get stuck somewhere on a train due to flooded lines...is that likely?
is it better to stay home or should we just go? hotels all booked for a great week away...
i want to be cautious but dont want to be a worry wart.
could use advice please!
