The Republican Party is the party of Abraham Lincoln, the Emancipation Proclamation, the Thirteenth Amendment, Martin Luther King, Jr., and the Civil Rights Act (a greater percentage of Republicans than Democrats supported it).
It is the Democrat Party that is the party of slavery, Segregation, and institutionalized racism, racial division, and dependence.
And now the Democrat party is the "-ism" party: The party of racism, sexism, nepotism, and Communism / Socialism / Marxism.
and lastly...don't forget it was the Republican party that worked to give women the vote. Dems fought that
