He is fake because the person submitting it doesn't want you to know who he is. He's been trying to tell us what's about to happen. Which is, tomorrow (Halloween) they are going to execute the nanos that most of us have inside of us.

It will start as a rash, then spread and you will be very sick. If you go to a dr. you're as good as dead.
