Original Message HELP! My dying husband got a littering ticket and has been given Cal Trans comm service!!! He is very ill he is on dialysis and just out of the hospital for removal of gangrenous gal bladder. He can hardly walk to his car and eats only a little oat meal that I have to coax him to eat. The fine was 570 dollars and he paid it.When he explained to the judge his medical situation and that he cannot even walk more then 10 feet the judge scoffed and said “Tell it to someone else " I'm so worried , he almost died two weeks ago. He is officially dissabled... what can I Do??
