Forcefully = Forced awakening through negative experience, pain and suffering allows a path for speedy advancement if not resulting in death.
Spiritually = consciously working on raising vibration, coming into the heart, clearing out negativity and egotistic nature.
Strange symptoms = continued need for sleep, inability to sleep, ringing ears, extreme thirst, emotional breakdowns, emotional turmoil, headaches, out of body experiences/moments, loosing of self/identity, new perceptions, energetic shocks & waves, change in diet and desires.
