4 hours before :

Keep drinking water. Take some multi vitamins – for a nice yellow colour to your Urine, as clear Urine becomes suspect.

Before you walk into the doctor Urinate. Should be very easy by now.

Usually you have another 10-15min before they get you to urinate. You should be all good by now.

If you are able to go to the toilet for the test. Always collect your sample from mid flow.

Or you can just buy a creatine powder and mix with cranberry juice. Drink 64 ounces the night before and another 64 ounces the morning of, make sure you do this 3 hours before test.
