No, you will have to pay up to the $5000 deductible first and then the co-pay for all the specialists that contribute to the execution and to declare you are in fact dead.  Before the execution though you will have to see a doctor to make sure you are healthy enough to be executed.  You will also have to see a psychiatrist to make sure you aren't crazy at the time of execution.  Then you have to pay for an ambulance to take your dead body to the morgue for disposal.  Disposal fee probably isn't included so they will go after your estate to pay for that.
