How can there be only 7 Sandy Hook 911 calls, yet phones ringing off hook at end of "call 7?"

Listen to the end of Call 7; the s*** is hitting the fan; shots fired, cops running around, Rick having to keep calling back, and all the while more and more 911 calls coming into Nute's office.
The end of call 7 is at approximately 9:48 a.m. It will be more than three minutes before a shooter response team, made up of NPD officer Chapman, CSP officer Cario, and others burst into Room 10 firing at least two shots, which Penna hears.
All this time, 911 is ringing off the hook. But we are lied to and told "there were only seven calls." And of course, there weren't even seven--only six. Calls 1 and 2 are the same call (Call 2 having the gunshot audio conveniently reduced).
AP, if you're reading this, you're being lied to. There is no way there were only six 911 calls from Sandy Hook school that day. We know damn well cell calls were at that point being routinely routed to Newtown; many of those calls in the background of Call 7 were likely calls routed from CSP.
