Most who claim "Kundalini practice" do not practice celebacy, therefore they do not practice "Kundalini".
Kundalini energy is sexual energy, the creational energy of the human being. When spilled all over the place via masturbation or recreational sex, this divine creative force is wasted and prevents the true alchemy of the "philosopher's stone" or "holy grail" from creation. When kundalini is allowed to rise and you transform it properly through yoga and breathing techniques you start on the path of "Nirvana". This is the key and the hardest attainable state especially with the temptations of today. Brahmacharya promotes deeper meditation, focus, vitality, endurance, bliss, charisma, clarity, higher awareness, perfect health, a deepened spiritual connection and many more benefits.
This is no joke, put it all together in your head and it makes logical sence, try it for half a month and see for your self.
The vital fluids contain the highest density of chi ( life-force) energy in the body, and when charged - over time , acts similar to a battery and like water vapors- the "kundalini" flows upwards thru the spine, wicking to the brain and pineal gland, these creative forces are allowed to build up and build a circuit and the creative energy is expressed through the heart and mind- exploding consciousness and positive creative expression!
Dear Christians- without celibacy or chastity, or what ever you may like to call it in your culture, Jesus Christ would not have become a lord.
