Original Message I have worked hard my whole life and now find myself unable to be physically active due to a bad accident. I just keep gaining weight which is making my injuries worse. The fact that I am unable to work right now and living on what is cheapest to eat (carbs) is compounding the problem and making things worse.

Please is there someone kind enough to give me some REAL advice? Cutting down is not working and I can not burn it off with exercise. I am terrified of being completely bed-ridden.

Please don't give me cruel and heartless answers. I have enough problems right now without some soul-less person making me feel worse.
