The police are talking to a couple of people that were in the house.

Regardless of mom's possible bad decisions in friends, the baby is still missing and needs our prayers. It is negative temperature here. My heart breaks for him.

BABY WAS FOUND IN OUTSIDE IN A TRUCK STOP! THE WIND CHILL LAST NIGHT WAS -30 HERE, BUT, HE IS BEING CALLED RESIILIENT AND IS IN GOOD HEALTH.
