it is a form of demonic control/occultism…

there are people who have been programmed with this ability and many of them are the "over-achievers/leaders/bloodlines" of power…

I have dealt with it a few times, but I have the protection of Jesus Christ and it does not work on me. I bet you the officers he failed to use it on were either aware of the technique or Christians.
