When Obama announced his $300 Billion transportation plan, he said he wasn't a crazy, socialist dictator — he was just building bridges and highways. He was lying. His plan is rife with crony capitalism, centrally planned Agenda 21 projects that have nothing to do with our decaying road infrastructure, a 67% increase in gas taxes, a new National Infrastructure Bank and executive dictates "that institutionalize best practices and insights from the President's previous Executive Orders and Presidential Memorandums".
