Original Message I filmed this yesterday afternoon around 4pm central time. This equipment was located just south of Lubbock, TX on Hwy 84 and was moving north. For those that say it's being moved overseas; they would be moving south towards the ports in Houston or Corpus Christi, not north into America's heartland.
