Just enough to make lights blink and screens turn to give the appearance of doing something.
So the shuttle is fake too? Interesting. Also interesting, you can build a copy of the original Apollo guidance computer for yourself... http://klabs.org/history/build_agc/ You can also run the original Apollo guidance computer software in an emulator of the original hardware and even put it into a physically accurate flight simulator and make it think it's flying to the moon all over again. http://nassp.sourceforge.net/wiki/Main_Page It works. Sure, the computer's not particularly fast, and there's no graphical interface at all, it's all just numbers, but the instructions are publicly available and it really does work for getting you to the moon. It didn't need all the bells and whistles of modern computers. All the heavy number crunching was done on the ground to determine the trajectory needed to get to the moon, all the on board computer had to do was follow the flight plan. Its main job was to determine where it was in space using the star and horizon sightings fed to it by the astronauts (no, the command module was not capable of navigating itself to the moon and back accurately; it needed human visual input) and determine the orientation of the spacecraft based on those sightings so that it could hold itself in specified attitudes and perform burns to reach velocities (measured by accelerometers) specified by the astronauts who were following the flight plan.
The Rockets were just like missiles. They launched and either blew up somewhere over the ocean or landed in the sea. Nobody was actually inside them. Later the apollo Command Modules were dumped into the ocean by plane to simulate the astronauts return. The later developed "space shuttles " are just glorified glider plans used in a similar manner. Speaking of simulations, the guidance computer software is just that, a simulation. A cheap video game that runs algorithms and crunches numbers but has no bearing on reality.
Except they were observed in orbit and observed leaving orbit and tracked on the way to and from the Moon.
Observed by who? NASA, or observatories that require the existence of the space hoax to justify funding.
Yes, that's it, thousands of astronomers all over the world knew it wasn't really there but lied to say it was in order to "justify funding" and not a single one of them leaked a word about their lies before they died. Oh, and amateurs too. Sky & Telescope, February 1970, pg 127-130. Look it up.
Yeah if over 100,000 can keep shut on the Manhattan project, a few thousand Professional observers could easily be brought to do the same. But let's suppose there was a portion of the observers that were either not corrupt / didn't have a conflict of interest or were amateurs. So they see a blurb in the sky. It could have been space junk or some other celestial phenomena, but they are told by the propagandists at NASA and the U.S. government that this blurb is the "Apollo 11 rocket" . Then they parrot what they are told non-the-wiser.
Also, learn to read. No supposing required.
Learn to debate. You didn't address this point.
Learn to read, the point was already addressed before you tried to make it. [quote:AC] Did the amateurs have detailed visual of a rocket jetting through the sky to the moon or just a blurb of light in the sky with NASA's explanation as to what it was?
With just a "blurb of light" I can determine what orbit an object is in, where it came from, and where it is going. No, it was not random space junk. Your claim is false and betrays your ignorance of satellite tracking. You are debunked.
Enlighten my ignorance on satellite tracking then. Explain the satellite tracking capacity in 1969, and name an independent amateur observer that had such technology and was independently tracking Apollo 11.
I have cited you an article from Sky & Telescope which explains all this and names quite a few trackers for Apollo 12.
Perhaps I missed it. Because I went back through the comments and I don't see any link to a Sky & Telescope article.
Every single issue of Sky and Telescope is available on bittorent, I have them all. Go ahead, cite issue and page please... Lets put this bitch to bed.
Original Message
NASA admitted in 2006 that they could not locate the authentic video copy of the July 20, 1969, Moon landing.
Since then, Richard Nafzger, an engineer at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center has figured out what happened to the original recordings of the moon landing...
