Original Message Twinkle Twinkle Little Star

Having eyes and taking in the landscape and surroundings does not mean seeing. Having something come into one’s field of vision does not mean one has vision. A child when gazing up at a star will ask, what is that? The answer will come in various forms but the child can only knows what he is told, and the one telling can only know from what information he had obtained from other humans.

The child is told, that is a star, it twinkles, you can wish on it, or the child might be told, that star is a bright light like the sun. Rarely, would a child be told that every star is a living, intelligent being, with an awareness beyond human form and form beyond human understanding, and like the earth he stands on, including himself, is portion of the One Infinite Creator.

A human adult has been taught that having a human brain is the sign of higher intelligence, but the star shines in the eyes of a child and fills him with wonder.

Since we are all children in matters of God, to express infinity in simple terms, is more understandable, than all the complicated theological dissertations regarding the omnipotence of God. The child understands that when he takes a crayon and draws a picture, that he is creating his own world. Just as the creations of the child could not exist unless they came up into his mind, so too all that we see is one small corner of a vast series of picture realities into which physical form has been given the breathe of life.

A child’s mind is closer to understanding this place of wonder than the minds of adults, whose minds have been adulterated with so called human logic, which removes the synchronicities, and the meaning. Many adults see no meaning, no plan, only random events without connection, and certainly no intelligence.

If you say to a child, God is in everything, that child will be careful how he treats everything, and will not be careless. He can easily grasp the sacred nature of life. Such a child retains his spiritual connection to the unseen.

Ancient cultures believed that the Great Spirit resided in everything around them. Great thinkers of the west, consider this a primitive way of thinking, but wasn’t it Christ who taught to become like a childlike, or primitive in one’s thinking?

The complicated way that adults see the cosmos puts The One Infinite Creator as outside the creation and yet the Creator is within all creation. In reality there is no high or low, nothing is valueless, but everything is equally valuable because everything is part of One, This One, cannot be given a single name or a single abode or a single identity, since this identity is All.

The One Infinite Creator cannot be personified and does not need x ray vision or many trillions of eyes looking at the world from somewhere outside, because the Creator is “within” His creation, even the smallest atom is intelligent.
In the Gospel of Thomas is says “Split a piece of wood: I am there. Lift a stone, and you will find me there.”

This is the truth hidden from the eyes of the wise ones and given to babes. Not only is God within rocks, wood, water, air, fire and the earth, but within every atom of every star. Humans are living consciousness existing in the midst of living consciousness, where all parts are connected and communicate with all other parts, and all is alive and aware.

The purely physical view, makes the earth a resource; makes the stars no more than night- lights, and focuses the mind on its own physical needs and wants. It’s the difference between living in a dead universe, devoid of synchronicities and surprises, and living in an aware, alive universe, where anything can happen and does.

The stars are not there for humans to conquer and the earth is not there to plunder. Other humans are not stepping stones to be walked on and to be used to make a profit, and life is not cheap but precious.
As was stated in the beginning, seeing is not vision and looking at something for decades does not mean it is understood.
And when there is no spiritual life in a person, what is left is a physical shell that just consumes and grasps for more in an attempt to keep the mind off the awful but eventual death it fears. The truth is, that stars and eternal and so are we.

But a child’s mind is ripe with possibilities and anything is possible, because he can see himself flying to the stars and talking to trees and imagine what adults think is ridiculous. He has not become conditioned and jaded. Christ said, unless you become like these little children, you will never enter in to the kingdom.
