[quote:Anonymous Coward 5804:MV8zMDI5MDJfNTIyMzAwN18zRjE1ODQ1QQ==] OP, Continue to apply to jobs. Apply to whatever you think you qualify for. Don't bring up your failed urine analysis test. If it comes up, you can claim they made a mistake (UA is a very poor test and most attorneys can shoot holes in the results) and that you were fired without being allowed to give your side of the story. You're clean now so if it becomes an issue you can always say "feel free to test me today." Sooner or later someone will hire you. You say you're good with computers? Excellent. Get certifications - they look fantastic on a resume and not all tech employers drug test. Keep the faith bro and good luck to you. [/quote]
Original Message
Are employers able to easily see your work history?
I've been getting conflicting answers from family.
I worked at a fast food place for 2 months when I was 17 (I'm now 20) and I kinda left on bad terms.
Second job was very short lived, failed a UA.
Now I'm clean and need a job. I do have my GED and good computer skills....
