In case you haven't notice, we're living under the microscope these days.. and your choices of action are no longer marked with freedom or relevance of time and place. Your choices are going to be held by instant lawful conviction.

Why the thought of less crime or quick conviction seems like a good thing.. how will society deal with this broad spectrum of constraint? What will the repercussions be?

The practice of using video capturing cell phones is quickly exceeding what should be controversally viewed as invasive. You're no longer acting out to whomever or whatever is in your present and directing company, you're essentially acting out to the world. At no other time in known history have we had the capability to nearly instantly relay whatever event or scene to the eyes and ears of the world. At no time have we collectively had the capabilities to have these techno features available en masse. One thing to point out, there are demographics concerning technologies, and its safe to say that the poor aren't favored in regards to this.. but have they ever been in terms of worldly matters?

There are some powerfully impacting dynamics involved here.
