Original Message Thursday during CNN’s Democratic primary debate, when asked if she regrets her advocacy for her husband former President Bill Clinton’s 1994 crime bill that has been blamed for the large amount of American minorities in prison on non-violent drug offenses, party presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton said she wants “white people to recognize that there is systemic racism. ... It’s also in employment. It’s in housing, but it is in the criminal justice system as well.”
