Original Message When Alex Jones says Time Warner (and Comcast, etc), are watching you through a camera in your cable box, I shrug it off (because AJ is full of it).

But I've met a lot of characters who claimed the same thing. The meme is definitely out there.

I became more perplexed when my cryptography professor made the same claim. He never been one to spout completely unfounded BS.

My question is... why hasn't anyone taken their cable box apart to confirm or disprove the rumor? (I would, but I don't have cable).

Any GLP'ers willing for a science experiment?
