Original Message I think sleep paralysis is bs. I move around all night while sleeping and dreaming an so doesnt my girlfriend. The only time sleep paralysis comes is when its induced by the shadow entities and then they jump on me.
But I've learned to break out of the sleep paralysis right before they jump, and I always find I wasnt sleeping.

Anyone with a similiar experience?
