[quote:mopar28m:MV8zMjEzNDNfNTQ0NTUwMl9ERTNCNzA1OQ==] Easy way to cook a turkey. Buy Reynolds Oven baking bags. Put the bird in one of the bags. Put in a roaster pan. Place oven on 250 deg. about 1 am. The bird will slow cook all night & most of the morning. The meat will literally peal off the bones & will be SUPER moiste to boot. I do this every year. Besides, its a wonderful smell to wake up to. [/quote]

i am a guy who has to cook a turkey for Christmas eve dinner for four.
i cannot find any info on cutting up a turkey before cooking, the way you can with a different bird, the chicken.
cutting a chicken in half reduces cooking time.
can i do that with a turkey?
