Original Message "5 am, 2 state policemen insist on entering & searching my

home due to a '911 call placed from this phone number'-I am

home alone and preparing for work but they, apparently, must

look for the bloody bodies--They were polite & one said

'this has happened 9 times in the last month'--I, of course,

had placed no such call" (from a friend)

the area they patrol is sparsely populated, so, for 'it to

have happened' NINE TIMES WITHIN ONE MONTH seems very weird

to me.

Are there others here who have experienced this or may know

a reason--mechanical, electronic or otherwise--how/why false

911 calls can occur?

After watching some of ag alberto gonzales 'testimony' on

c-span about change in wiretapping--got to thinking maybe

all lines are susceptible to some sort of interference

whenever it proves convenient...(?)
