Stop using bluetooth and considering ditching the home wi-fi network in favor of hard-wired ethernet. As Katie says on the show, "every reduction in exposure helps."

3. Be wary of new technology that advances the "convenient lifestyle". Like foods 50 years ago that made meals faster and more convenient, the technology that is making our lives "easier" doesn't come free. I encourage you to ask questions and do your own research.
