Rock and Roll pioneer Chuck Berry was found dead today in a residence near or in St. Louis.
Emergency workers responding to a medical issue found the icon unresponsive.
He was soon pronounced dead.
Berry had many, many hits including Johnny B. Goode and Sweet Little Sixteen.
He has often been called the "Father of Rock and Roll."
He was popular from the beginning until the end.
His unique style has been copied by countless artists and his songs covered by just about everyone including Elvis Presley.
Berry will be missed.
Legends never die.
They are gifts that last forever.
