The fuck you on about. The other generations built all that you see. They worked like dogs in the mud, the blood, and the shit so you can be the whiny little slut that you are. You complain because you can't afford an apartment with a McDonald's paycheck. News flash the boomers were born during one of the hardest national crisis this country has ever faced. They knew what it was like having nothing. So save me your tears while you sit comfortably in your mom's basement, eating her food, wearing the clothes she bought you. When you have to wear flour sacks for clothes and work 12 hours in the field on order to eat beans you planted and have to wear shoes too big or too small because that's the only ones you can afford... then cry to me. Until then man the fuck up and take responsibility for your own poor life choices.
No boomer went through that you lying sack. Baby boom is post ww2...you were born into unprecedented material abundance With free or affordable housing and college, jobs. Baby boomers are delusional.
You are truly an idiot aren't you. I had clothes made from flour sacks. They were printed with pretty flowers on them. I loved them. I did not have new clothes just hand me downs from cousins but I loved them because they were new to me. One pair of shoes a year that you changed out of the minute you got home from school and church. In high school I had to have gym shoes. That meant my mom made clothes to earn the money for them.
Oh here we go. Did you walk uphill to school both ways in 3 foot snow? Just because your parents were losers doesn't make you one. And just because you wore shitty clothes doesn't mean you deserve anything. I love proud losers.
No, MY parents were not losers. They were from "The Greatest Generation" ever. My Mom was one of the smartest people I've ever known, especially with finances and so beautiful and sweet. My Dad had been in the South Pacific during WWII. He was like a rock, strong, dependable and so responsible and handsome. (But I still remember hearing his nightmares at night and Momma's soothing voice trying to calm him down until I left home.) We lived with my grandparents, on the farm, out in the country till my parents could save enough to put a down payment on a house. Let me tell you how they saved money for that house down payment. Daddy worked two jobs, driving a milk truck from 4 am to 7am then at the electric co-op the rest of the day. In the winter he chopped wood and sold it for firewood along with his other two jobs. The way they saved money for the house down payment was feed sack blouses for me and my siblings, hand me downs, one pair of shoes/yr etc. and... We picked strawberries, sold eggs, corn and beans we raised to save money. We drank milk from the milk cows and lived on the canned food from the garden, ate some of the chickens, had meat from the beef cow. We made sausage to sell from Porky the funny pig we raised to kill to eat. Great sausage and bacon by the way. We did the same with other pigs too but I never named them again not after I found myself eating Porky. LOL Oh and you will be happy to hear there was a school bus we rode to school, but it took an hour both ways. By the way, my grandparents, who we lived with, did not have electricity til 1948. So you can take your bad attitude and stick it where the the sun don't shine!
Don't care. Any parent who abuse their kids by not giving them proper clothes are fucking losers. Apple doesn't fall from the tree. :hesright:
LOL I loved my clothes. I really feel sorry for you. It must be terrible to live with expectations like you have for everyone else and none for yourself. What a sad sad small bitter person you must be.
Thread: I feel bad for millennials, they don't have a chance
the pity approach will work for only so long.
the fact is Millennials got screwed by the very person who wrote that post, but they haven't accepted it.
THEIR FUTURE WAS STOLEN IT DIDNT JUST EVAPORATE.
AND THEY WILL EVENTUALLY TAKE IT BACK.
Im in Florida all I see around me are these old people, regular folks, living it up like it's 1999. Since when does becoming a senior citizen entitle one to a 20 year vacation from reality?
it's coming boomers.... soon.
