The current program for access to cannabis for medical purposes would continue under the new Act. https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/news/2017/04/backgrounder_changestoimpaireddrivinglaws.htm The maximum penalties would mirror the existing maximum penalties for impaired driving. These would be increased in Part 2 to two years less a day on summary conviction (up from 18 months), and to 10 years on indictment (up from 5 years). The latter would make a dangerous offender application possible in appropriate circumstances.
This is Dan Dicks Press For Truth in Canada at the Vancouver 420 festival going into the draconian details about the Canadian legalization bill that will be signed by Trudeau. It is awful, and you can only be in possession of licensed, government cannabis. There are stiff penalties if caught with or caught growing any other cannabis. This is what is on the plate here for amerika too for medical and legal cannabis. Monsanto is already buying up hydroponics supply companies like General Hydroponics and Botanicare(I think). They have a front company called Hawthorne that is buying up these hydro companies. They have made offers to buy up many more but have been mostly turned down thus far.
Can someone please imbed this video....if they could be so kind! Thanks in advance.
Peace on 420!
