Well , here's what I just learned. mix bentonite in together with your soap. I use Sodium bentonite so I dont know how that will change things, and I basically stick to sodium bentonite.

But when trying to find a bar of soap that has it, there's no differentiation so it will most likely be calcium bentonite. It may not matter though when it is in soap though, esp as Bar soap. As for liquid soap though since it uses potassium lye (normally) then I use sodium bentonite...

And some citric acid and/or vinegar also seems to help together with the bentonite clay.

I have to find another way though, that doesnt use clay. Maybe sea salt but there still seems to be a limit to this as salt has a lot of chloride...

Original Message Supposed to have many benefits if you injest it. I just started using it for toothpaste works great.
