astrologers like Susan Miller said 2007 was going to be THE YEAR for 2007. Now that its almost 2008, its going to be CAPRICORN's year.

I was born on the cusp of Sagittarius/Capricorn (Dec. 20) and have always felt like a Sagittarius. I didn't have a spectacular year in 2007(though there were many things to be grateful for). Since I'm on the Capricorn cusp, will 2008 be a better year for me than 2007 was?

What's the deal with cusps anyway?
