Assuming that this video is genuine and that the gentleman sitting next to the village idiot is not a hired Paulson look-alike, then it is clear that either Story has been lying all along or else he has been fed disinfo by some of intelligence sources that Paulson was shot and died later. This is a well-known tactic of the alphabet agencies. So it should not come as a surprise that this could happen.
Now hear this: those of you that never believed the Wanta saga right from the beginning will take this as proof that it was all a hoax. What you doubting thomases don't seem to want to understand is this: why should someone who writes reviews, analyses and newsletters for money make a complete ass of himself by posting what he KNOWS is a false claim on his website that will be disproved in a matter of days?! Do you REALLY think that he believes this will make his reports look trustworthy and increase the volume of his subscriptions? LOL! Before you give your simplistic knee-jerk reactions, which of course is much easier than actually having to think out these issues, ask yourselves whether YOUR interpretation of events really makes any sense at all. Because it does not. Far more plausible a scenario is that Christopher Story was fed false information by various intelligence sources in order to discredit him - and by implication - all his accounts about the Wanta affair, so that people will stop believing in it. This is how the spooks work. They throw a journalist some bread crumbs of truth, but then mix it with lies as soon as his journalistic zeal gets out of hand and he starts making too big a fuss about what he has been told, so that "plausible deniability" ceases to remain an option for the spook's controllers. Of course, simple minds will just throw out the baby with the bathwater and be done with it. But when an interpretation of events does not make sense despite seeming the obvious one, who is the bigger fool? The one who thinks that there still could be something to the Wanta story despite Story being shown to be wrong on one point? Or the one who is too stupid to realise that his own interpretation makes no sense whatsoever because it requires a journalist to destroy his professional reputation by shooting himself in the foot, when it is more likely that he was set up with false information?
The last laugh is on the kneejerkers.
