Original Message Ever wonder how people used to make bread without going to store to buy yeast?

This is a 16 page booklet telling you how to start bread at home and the yeast is in the air, working its magic. You just need flour, water and salt. If the economy does collapse, people will have to go back to basics and make their own bread!

Sounds like it is one recipe with information on how to vary the recipe.

I haven't bought this, but I'm going to. Amazon has great reviews on this book.
