[quote:Maxim 328069:MV81MjUwNzZfODA5MjIxMF83MEU2MDFFQg==] My son, 7 years old, suffered from a brain injury due to analphylatic shock (sp?) Doctors never confirmed this, they thought he had a heart attack--pre-existing heart condition- but they out ruled that. I knew from the beginning it was food related....anyway, he actually died and they brought him back. It'll be a year next month. I have just gotten to where I can actually talk about it...still very difficult--fighting the tears now....anyway.... Facial expressions and emotion in his eyes let me know that he is still there. Doctors don't know the extent of recovery because everyone is different and there are no classic cases.... It has been really difficult to deal with because before, he was soooo active and vibrant, and very intelligent. (extremely talkative) and now, I can only just imagine the hell he must be going thru just being encased in his body....traditional therapies really suck. [/quote]

I believe in the body's natural ablility to heal...I want to know how it can be helped. I've read a variety of articles, from glyconutrients to laying of the hands. Anyone here know of anything--first hand knowledge?
