Original Message I started drinking bottled water after being hospitalized 3 times after trying to stay hydrated. I found that bottled water contains fluoride so I switched to distilled and I have to add some sort of vitamins to it since it was stripped of its minerals. And since boiling water makes the fluoride more potent? Is there a purifier that really takes out the stuff added to water that makes it so detrimental to me?
